Housekeeping Services: We can provide light pre-
arrival, daily, midweek, and departure cleanings. We
also provide deep cleanings, carpet cleaning, and
comforter dry-cleaning. Power washing available for
decks, windows, and homes. Linen service available.
Maintenance: Scheduled monthly inspections.
Changing of lights, batteries, and air filters. Handling
repairs from A - Z. Qualified subcontractors available
for A/C, plumbing, heating, carpentry repairs.
Concierge Services: Pre-arrival groceries, coordinate
vacation requests such as reservations, group functions,
and directions. Arranging of kid's activities and
babysitting. We're there for your arrival and departure.
We are at your call 24 hours day, 7 days a week.
Our Team consists of a maintenance supervisor, three
housekeeping managers and 100 cleaners strong. We
have 145 homes (vacation realty rentals and private
homes) on the program. Not only are we the best,
but the largest private company of its type in the
